Welcome to the Aisa Codex Partnership Program! These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the partnership program and collaboration with Aisa Codex as an affiliate or partner. By enrolling in this program, you agree to the terms and conditions below.


1. Definitions

  • Partner/Affiliate :Any individual or legal entity who joins the Aisa Codex partnership program and promotes the products and services offered by Aisa Codex.

  • Services :It refers to all products and services offered by Aisa Codex, including website creation, website rental, SEO services, and product description generation.

  • Fees :The amounts of money that partners earn for sales generated through their promotional activities, according to the terms of this program.

2. Eligibility

To become a partner of Aisa Codex, you must be at least 18 years old and have the ability to enter into legal contracts. Companies and individuals registering to become partners must demonstrate proper conduct and comply with current applicable legislation.

3. Types of Partnerships

There are two main collaboration options.

  • Affiliation :Partners promote Aisa Codex services using personalized links and earn a 20% commission on each sale made through their referrals.

  • Service Refund :The partners sell Aisa Codex services directly to their clients, without needing to be involved in their delivery. They earn commissions for each successfully closed contract.

4. Fees and Payments

The commissions for each sale made will be 20%, regardless of the chosen collaboration option. Commissions are paid monthly, after the billing process is completed, and the payment is confirmed by the customer. Aisa Codex reserves the right to modify the commission structure, and partners will be notified in advance of any changes.

5. Partners' Responsibilities

As a partner of Aisa Codex, you are responsible for:

  • Promoting Aisa Codex services through correct and ethical methods.

  • Using marketing materials provided by Aisa Codex, including personalized links, banners, and other resources.

  • Compliance with all legal regulations and legislation regarding online advertising and personal data protection.

  • Maintaining a professional and correct behavior in the relationship with clients and Asia Codex.

6. Prohibition of Unfair Practices

Partners cannot:

  • Using deceptive or fraudulent promotion methods to attract sales.

  • Participate in any activities that could harm Aisa Codex's reputation.

  • Sell or resell Aisa Codex services at prices higher than the official ones.

  • Do not use pirated or copyrighted content without permission.

  • Stealing data or generating fake traffic for commission purposes.

7. Intellectual Property

All materials and resources provided by Aisa Codex for the promotion of its services, including logos, banners, and texts, are protected by copyright and are the exclusive property of Aisa Codex. Partners are allowed to use these materials solely for the purpose of promoting Aisa Codex services, in accordance with the terms of the agreement.

8. Termination of the Partnership Program

Aisa Codex reserves the right to terminate the partnership agreement at any time if the partner does not comply with the terms and conditions or engages in abusive or illegal practices. The partner will be notified of the termination of the agreement and will immediately cease all promotional activities.

9. Confidentiality

Partners are required to maintain confidentiality regarding any sensitive information received from Aisa Codex, including financial and strategic information. This obligation remains in effect even after the partnership relationship ends.

10. Amendments to the Terms

Aisa Codex reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The changes will be published on this page and will take effect immediately upon publication. Partners will be notified of any significant changes.

11. Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the legislation of Romania. Any dispute related to this agreement will be settled by the competent courts in Romania.
